Laura Lamps, MD, has joined as Lead Author of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Pathology

Laura W. Lamps, MD, has joined the growing Amirsys team of pathology experts as the Lead Author of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Pathology. Dr. Lamps is a Professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her specialty is gastrointestinal and liver pathology, with a particular interest in infectious diseases and the molecular diagnosis of infectious diseases. She is a past secretary/treasurer of the Gastrointestinal Pathology Society, and serves on the council of the Association of Directors of Anatomic and Surgical Pathology.
