The Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography calls Diagnostic Imaging: Cardiovascular "an accessible and comprehensive narrative atlas of cardiac and vascular pathology..."


The Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (JCCT November-December 2008) review of Diagnostic Imaging: Cardiovascular, written by Suhny Abbara MD, et al., calls this title “clinically relevant, concise, and [it] includes all of the important cardiovascular diagnoses.” The reviewer added, “The great strength of this book is its comparison of multiple imaging methods for each diagnosis, allowing the reader to appreciate the relative strengths and limitations, and potentially complimentary roles of the various techniques…With such a wide variety of cardiovascular imaging textbooks to choose from, the editors and their many contributors are to be congratulated for providing a truly outstanding, practical, and clinically relevant guide that spans the field of cardiovascular imaging.” In conclusion, the reviewer proclaimed, “This book will serve as a valuable resource that you will undoubtedly reach for again and again.”
